カラーコードから色をその場で確認する

カラーコードとは

#ffffff とか、 #dddddd みたいなやつ。
CSSなどで色指定の際に使われるコードですね。

カラーコードを入力するのはいいけど、Emacsでカラーコードの色を確認するにはどうしたらよいのだろうか。
